At Zare Hair we want you to be happy with our service. If for whatever reason the piece you ordered doesn't work for you, you have 24 hours to notify us on email@example.com. You have 2 business days after we send you an email with instructions to ship the order back. Please allow us 5 days for the refund to be processed.
To obtain a refund the topper can't be altered in any way. That means no washing, using heat tools and products or cutting. Please make sure you close all the clips.
If any of these requirements above are not met, Zare Hair has the right to refuse a refund and the order will be shipped back at the buyer's expense.
We charge 10% non-refundable restock fee. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost when returning. International buyers are also responsible for filling customs declaration form.
